Since starting her career at GoldenPages, Sarah has held various senior marketing and communications roles at Microsoft, Trinity College Dublin, Coillte and Telefonica and ran her own agency for over 10 years. As Director of Atomic DNA, she leads employer brand and international engagement programmes for clients such as Primark, Irish Life, CityJet and Salesforce, and outside of the office, you’ll find her being the best mom possible to her two sons who make her smile every day. Sarah holds an MBA, advanced management diploma and International Commerce degree from UCD and has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and branding on both the client and agency side.

After years of working with leading ad agencies in Ireland, Australia and the U.S., Stephen wanted more. So in 1999, he returned to Ireland and set up Atomic, acting as Creative Director until 2013. Seeing a need for better storytelling in HR and recruitment, he founded Atomic DNA in 2017 to help employers attract and retain top talent. Now, as managing director of Atomic Group, he uses his 22 years’ experience to lead integrated communicates programmes for complex organisations such as KPMG, Chartered Accountants Ireland, EY, IDA Ireland and Bank of Ireland.

Her dancing days may be behind her but as Atomic DNA’s Senior Account Manager, those quick feet are key to ensuring that each and every one of our top-notch employer branding projects are delivered on time for clients such as CityJet, Primark and Salesforce. She joined the agency in early 2019 after spending six years at video production company Red Square Media.

Siobháin is Atomic’s People Operations Manager — which means that her role revolves around making it easier for the rest of us to do our best work. She started her career in the world of PR & Marketing but moved into HR when she realised her true passion was people development. Before joining the agency, she worked with Voltedge Management, Escher Group and L-EV8 Marketing. When she’s not focusing on growth, talent and strategy at Atomic, you can probably find this self-described ‘water baby’ swimming in the open sea. She’s a volunteer coach with her local swim club as well as a qualified lifeguard.

Whether she’s telling it like it is (she’s Dutch), sharing stories about her madcap family and friends or extolling the virtues of saunas, things are never boring when Rosalie is on the scene. As Atomic’s Marketing Manager, she develops and implements marketing strategies that meet the individual needs of each of the agency’s cells, from awareness building to lead generation. Before joining Atomic, she worked for global comms agency LEWIS for over five years, starting out as an Account Executive in client services and working her way up to Global Marketing Manager. And while she once spent six months living in a campervan while travelling with her husband — no mean feat — she actually considers the moment she handed in her Masters thesis to be her proudest achievement.

A graduate of Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Stephen flexes his creative muscles in a number of ways. As Atomic’s Creative Director, his role involves mentoring and directing the design and creative teams and overseeing all creative output from the agency. And when he’s not at work, he’s drumming for the likes of Mundy and Cathy Davey. Stephen has over 12 years’ experience in various graphic design and art direction roles, and his work has been awarded by ICAD and included in the permanent selection of the 100 Archive. But his proudest achievement was helping to create the “Behind the Gates” photo exhibition in aid of St. Martin’s in Kenya and raising thousands of euro.

It’s not often that an internationally capped athlete joins the team at Atomic — and senior designer Kelan has been capped nine times for Ireland (for touch rugby… but still!). Interested in any and all sports, he can usually be found on a golf course at the weekend. Before Atomic, he spent three years at Slater Design and has worked on campaigns for Facebook, Leinster Rugby, Saba, Special Olympics Ireland and the Abbey Theatre. His proudest achievement was being awarded one of only three Merits by the International Society of Typographic Designers at its Student Awards in 2015.

They say learning never sleeps — and that’s certainly the case for Martyna. Atomic’s go-to motion graphics designer and video editor is never far from a classroom. Not only does this former architect hold a BA in Town Planning, an MSc in Architecture and Urban Design, a CPD Certificate in Advanced Graphics and Animation and a Diploma in Art and Design, she’s about to start an MFA in Painting in NCAD. When she’s not busy adding more strings to her bow, she’s creating video campaigns for Enterprise Ireland, Salesforce, Primark and Booking.com.
E Elia Landolo
Born and bred in Italy, Elia is a graduate of Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome and describes his role as only an Italian could: “I like to think I am the one who transforms floating ideas into something visual, real, living.” Before joining Atomic, Elia worked in branding and design at a studio in Rome called Flopicco and says the high point of his career so far was working on the global rebrand of National Geographic Wild in 2018, which won silver at Promax Europe.

Waterford-native and graphic designer Andrew came to Atomic after 11 years with Hot Press magazine and two years’ freelancing in Melbourne and Dublin. An avid festival- and gig-goer, he once danced on stage with the Flaming Lips while dressed as a Santa. Lucky for us, he brings that same energy to his work, whipping up designs for clients as diverse as CityJet, Leinster Rugby and Salesforce.

Lyndsay joined Atomic as Content Editor in 2018, following eight years in the media industry in New York, one year on the marketing team at an Irish tech company and a mid-career crisis that led to a month in India qualifying as a yoga teacher. Today she writes everything from website copy to white papers for clients such as Enterprise Ireland, Salesforce, Irish Life and Primark, and also provides creative input and insight into new content ideas and strategies. She has yet to teach a single yoga class.

Siobhan takes the term ‘multitalented’ to a whole new level. She juggles. She rides a unicycle. She plays the ukulele. And she once played basketball for Ireland. This versatility comes in handy in her day-to-day as head of production at Atomic because she needs to juggle different jobs while maintaining a high attention to detail. Before Atomic, she spent four years as a designer at Marketing Network where she worked with the likes of Dutch Gold (she designed the can) and Repak. But her proudest achievement was producing a human — her daughter, Izzy.
