News: Francesca Baker-Gillen Joins Atomic DNA as Senior Account Manager

Dublin-based employer branding agency Atomic DNA has hired Francesca Baker-Gillen as a Senior Account Manager. She will be responsible for driving the implementation of employer brand and communications programmes for some of Europe’s top employers, as well as ensuring clients’ needs are continually met as projects evolve.

Francesca comes to Atomic DNA from a video production background. She spent six years at Red Square Media, transitioning from assistant producer to project manager and ensuring the successful delivery of branded content videos and campaigns for clients such as Bank of Ireland, Bord na Móna and Horse Racing Ireland. She also worked as a producer at digital agency Wondr.

“I’m excited about the prospect of helping clients communicate their employer brands through different types of content that will engage and inspire employees and attract and retain top talent,” Francesca said. “After working in video for so long, I’m looking forward to helping clients with their employer brand strategy and bringing them to fruition, as well as the opportunity to grow and learn from the rest of the team.”

At Atomic DNA, she will work with clients from a broad spectrum of industries including Irish Life, Salesforce and Tech/Life Ireland, to name but three.

“I am thrilled that Francesca is joining the team,” said Sarah McDonough, Director of Atomic DNA. “Her creative background coupled with her strategic thinking and ability to manage big projects for a variety of companies makes her the right person to help ensure our clients’ programmes are expertly delivered for maximum impact.”
